To generate a certificate signing request (CSR) or a self-signed certificate, you must enter the following information in the Generate Certificate Signing Request (CSR) section.
|Common name||The fully-qualified domain name that is used in the URL to access the WebTitan Cloud GUI. It must match the server name exactly; otherwise a warning dialog is displayed every time you visit the site. For example, WebTitan Cloud.example.com.|
|Organization||The name of your company or organization.|
|Organization Unit||The name of the department within your company or organization. This entry is optional.|
|City||The name of the city or town where the company or organization is located.|
|State/Province||The full name of the state or province where the company or organization is located.|
|Country||The two-letter country code for the country where your company or organization is located. For example, US.|
To generate a Certificate Signing Request for submission to a trusted certificate signing authority, click Run in the Generate Certificate Signing Request (CSR) field. The CSR is generated and displayed in the text box below Run.
You must copy the text exactly and submit it to a trusted certificate signing authority (CA) for signing. When you receive the signed certificate back from the CA, you use the Import Certificate from PEM option to import the certificate into WebTitan Cloud.
All loaded certificates, including self-signed certificates, are listed in the table in the Installed Signed Certificates section.
